I'd say yes, current rating is 15A, which should be plenty for a regular coffee maker, of course depends on what kind of maker you have, meaning not all will turn after AC is applied to them, a simple one with an AC power switch should work, as long as the switch at the maker is left in the On position.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends on the coffee maker you are planing to use this with. If your coffee maker starts up as soon as you plug it in then yes. You can think of it as this item as something that plugs something in and out when activated.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If the coffee maker automatically turns on when plugged in, then theoretically yes. Otherwise, it would need to be in the "on" position for that to work the way you want.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It could if the coffeemaker has a switch that stays on when power is disconnected. So older coffeemakers had a toggle switch and those would work. Newer push button models might not if they turn off when power is removed and reapplied.
