Does the WeMo switch dim lights too? If not is there another Wemo device that does dim lighting? null

This switch does not. If you want to dim, get the Philips Hue bulbs. They're a much better product IMO. They turn on and off (like Wemo) but they also change brightness and "color".

The Wemo is just a switch. On or Off.

Yes, you can dim the lights using the wemo app

This does not control dimming, it only controls power to the device plugged into it. Phillips Hue lights allow you to control dimming features.
