Can it be used with a 230v electricity? null

You would need a voltage converter as this is for 120v. However, there is no timing element, so it’s just the issue of downgrading the power source so that you don’t burn it out. If you’re talking about international - outside the US, it should be similar to using a curling iron.

Don't think I recommend it. Then again, I'm not an electrician.

No this is a standard 120v power outlet only .two prong no ground cord
