I am confused by the program/bold button. I have the same time set to brew everyday. How do it keep from changing the bold feature and only turn it to the program time? null

Tap the program button twice. It will flash the program time and then it goes back to displaying the current time. If the blue light stays on that means you have done it correctly and it will brew at the time you set.

If you hold the prog/bold button down the bold feature will go away and then just press and release the button for the program feature. Once you’ve programmed the set time then the button needs to be pressed twice in order to just set the same time every morning. Hope this helps

The answer given by Bella customer support is incorrect. I can use bold and programming. Have done so several times, even this morning. Every time I do is a mystery. It would’ve been nice if they would have answered the original question as it was presented. Perhaps I wasn’t clear. How do you set the program feature?
