A:Answer Sensio Inc., "Bella" products, has the WORST warranty / replacement procedure..... EVER !! For a simple coffeemaker, I had to get a "reference number" to open a claim, then send pictures, and a scanned copy of my receipt, then answer further emails asking about why I needed/wanted a warranty replacement. STILL WAITING . . . . . . .
Best Buy offered NO assistance, other than to pass-the-buck.
