“Why are they calling this "Stainless steel"? Everything looks like plastic, except the copy logo plate. Do these inept companies know why stainless steel coffee maker are wanted by so many? It's not for a base plate, good grief how misleading????”

I thought the same him thing. It seemed like even the silver parts were plastic. I still thought it looked nice but mine broke after a month so plastic or not, it was poor in quality and disappointing

Please try again later.The stainless steel trim plate is stainless steel I tried to file it it is metal that's the only thing stainless steel on it the rest of it's just junk plastic like a $10 Mr coffee machine. I believe there is a 2-year warranty on these things if it only lasted two months.
