Depends on how big your cup is . . .it states you need to add at least 5.50z of water. Remember some water evaporates, so 8oz won't be a true 8oz. Brewing with water at the "4" level gave me two cups of about 7oz of coffee.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The instructions don’t specify, however you can fill the water reservoir with any amount. If you do decide to use say 5-16 ounces of water, you may want to move the lever that controls the water output from the filer to half or smaller to slow the rate the water filters through the coffee, otherwise it may move through too quickly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I pour in two cups of water at a time and that fills my 14oz mug with a little extra left. It's an awesome brewer and the ability to brew a single mug of coffee at a time was important to me. I've also just brewed with a single measured cup of water when I've only needed to top off my large mug of coffee.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can stop the brew at one cup, or measure the water to the precise amount you want. IOW, it will brew as long as there’s water in the container
