Super fast for brewing. Can be considered too small, if more than 2 people drink. For 3 people, it's a one cuppa each. A lot of parts, but easy once you figure it out. Instructions are weak, still can't figure out if the porta filter holder is supposed to come off?? It would make getting the porta filter in and out easier and cleaning it and if coffee grinds spill over. The lever to brew and brew complete is wonky, better to leave in brew position or you'll forget and then you have a ton of water sitting in filter and not the glass pot.

i bought this Bella Pro when it was hundreds less than the “real thing” name-brand pourover machine. I figured, “Why not?” So glad I got this! It is efficient, consistent snd produces a smoith cup, instead of a Kalita which makes 2 cups, I enjoy double the cups and then some. Using great beans, freshly ground, you’ll save time and probably drink more coffee with this machine! Yes, the filter basket clicks into place weirdly and maybe this won’t last more than a few years…but it is such a value, just get it on sale and start enjoying a bit of life at the touch of a button.

Super fast pot of coffee easy to use simple to clean out and I use it every morning

If you remotely care about the quality of your cup of coffee look elsewhere. The mfg calls this a pour over but it's a dribble over in one small area of the grounds. Granted, this was on huge discount when I bought, but I expected better as a 'pro series pour over' machine. See the photos for what I mean. The water dribbles over maybe 60% of the coffee grounds so a large portion of the grounds are utterly wasted. There is no infusion process to allow the coffee to bloom. It is immediately allowed to enter the carafe. The coffee is bitter and without flavor. It is only a 'pour over' because the filter is shaped like a cone. It doesn't distribute water effectively/evenly nor allow for the flavor of the coffee to be extracted. On the plus side, it looks nice and parts are easy to clean. And it does seem to reach claimed temperature so it gets 2 stars. But that's about it for pros. The parts are light, plasticky and feel cheap. I don't understand these stellar reviews...unless all people dump a boatload of sugar and cream in their coffee and have no interest in flavor or acidity. Even at a huge discount this thing is terrible.

I was really bummed. Got it tonight, decided to get it unboxed, cleaned up to take it work tomorrow. Decided to run some water through it just to make sure it worked. It worked! But, then I start seeing a puddle of water on the counter. Can't really stop it now while there's water running through everything. Upon further inspection the gasket that goes around the water inlet seems to be misaligned. There's also what seems to be a crack on the corner of the water tank. Not sure if it's one or the other or both. Sent an email off to Bella since according to their manual they're closed right now, otherwise I'd give the a ring to try and get this sorted. Don't want to return it to Best Buy since I got it as a Deal of the Day. Will update my review and rating when Bella gets back to me regardless of a good or bad interaction with them.

Simple, fast and heats to close to 200 degrees (recommended temp for brewing is 195-205). Needed to replace a Bonavita Connoisseur which only lasted about 2 years. That unit makes a great cup, but with only a 1-yr warranty I wasn't going that route again. We're re-using the Bonavita thermal carafe with this Bella unit so we can avoid using the hot plate. After tinkering with my grind and also discovering that I needed to remove the top over the filter holder for a bit a minute at the beginning of each cycle to ensure the grounds bloom, I'm loving this Bella beauty, especially for the price I paid and the 2-yr warranty. It is a very nice looking model on the countertop and does a fine job replicating a pour over with the pulse brewing feature and shower head. It is a simple operation with a single button. I have fresh roasted beans delivered monthly so I care about flavor of the cup, not extra features like a clock, etc. I definitely recommend this coffee maker.

Good product, purchased it on Deal of the day sale. Coffee comes out smooth, Rich & easy to use & clean. Only negative is the light on the push button started blinking for no reason after couple of months, but the coffee maker working fine.

This is a very nice coffee maker over all. The only downside is that the part where the filter sits not removable for washing like other coffee makers, or is it? I like to wash and dry every part of my coffee makers, except for the water reservoir I understand is not removable. Makes good coffee and like I said before is beautiful and elegant, therefore it makes my kitchen look prettier.

Great machine. Makes a fast pot. It is a bit small but it is very nice looking and a great Moccamaster copy. I got this on sale for 40 bucks and couldn't be happier.

I had a Bunn Speed Brew for under a month, sent it back to Amazon, and bought this. This coffee maker incorporates a manually operated valve at the bottom of the coffee funnel /basket. The black ring around the bottom is the valve handle that allows the flow to the carafe to be shut off, open, or anywhere in between. IMO, THAT is the feature that allows this machine to be callled "pro-series", and personally, I love the experimentation that allows, If you do not want to experiment, simply leave it open to operate in a normal fashion. It is clearly marked. The funnel twists counter clockwise to remove and takes some getting used to. All 3 lids sit where you place them, but do not inspire confidence. I could do without the "infuser" lid of the carafe. The carafe has a ledge inside, about a 1/4" step, from the plastic to the glass including at the spout. It does not bother me, and pours well despite that. I rate it 5 stars for making HOT coffee, quickly, and keeping it that way until it shuts off after a few hours. The coffee is great, and the more I use this, the more I like it. Feel free to ask questions if you'd like. P.S. It does include a permanent filter, but I am presently using some I bought.

I use this coffee maker more than my favorite coffee maker which is the Ninja specialty coffee maker, I like it because it keeps my coffee hot, you will not regret buying this coffee maker, it also has good quality materials, very easy to use and clean. This is a good purchase, never regret buying it, I regret buying it only recently, should have known it beforehand. Very simple and straightforward.

Good coffeemaker. Thought it had a bloom feature. It does not. Adjusting the brew complete setting allows the brewer to fill and drip more slowly to better approximate a por over brew. Also not a fan of the permanent filter but it can be used with a paper filter.

Works well to make a great cup of coffee that is very hot. I found that the water showerhead dug a huge hole in the middle of the grounds bed, leading to a bit of an uneven extraction. To help with that, I found it useful to close the bottom of the brew basket with the valve and stir the grounds to evenly wet them during the first minute of brewing, and then opening the valve for the remainder of the brew cycle. It’s well made and looks great on the counter.

This is an amazing machine. I’ve owned drip makers before but this is totally different. The way in which the grounds are saturated by the virtual shower of water makes it the perfect automatic pour over machine. The coffee turns out incredibly good. I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks and I’ve tried various different blends and they’ve all been super smooth and so tasty. I’d been doing the usual pour over for quite a while with the water heated just so, a ceramic cone with a filter and it was always good but this machine is so much and the flavor is wonderful. Can’t recommend it enough. Hope it continues to make some of the best brew I’ve ever had.

Very good coffee maker. Fast, easy clean up and makes a solid cup of coffee. Would have preferred a metal carafe instead of glass but still does the job.
