Hot coffee but leaks from bottom

If you leave the reservoir full of water overnight for your morning coffee you will have water on your counter the next morning.

I can make good coffee with it

Well its a drip machine pretending to be a pour over. The clever part is the slider that allows you to close the drain from the filter basket. So I can let the grounds bloom and give it a stir before pull down starts. But left open, unless I buy grocery store coffee, the result is bland. For 50 bucks it works great and looks great so, win.

Not worth it

The small cup size is also pretty annoying unless you're always just making 2-3 mugs of coffee. Go for an aeropress or other fancy methods. This is just a complicated alternative.

I saw some reviews that said it was a poor design and could break . I don’t have a problem with it . Treat it like glass not concrete :)

There isnt a clock or timer but I have 3 other clocks in my kitchen and I grind fresh beans before each brew so those 2 items didnt matter to me. Very happy with my purchase!
