Best Coffee maker ever. Make a nice smooth brew. Have already told a few friends about this purchase

Great coffee for the price when on sale. But coffeemaker stopped brewing after about 2 months indicating that descaling is needed. But descaling function wont work so it's basically useless as it wont brew unless you do a cycle of descale. Working with Bella/Made by Gather as it's well within the 2yr warranty. We'll see what they say.

Does seem to drip ove and make crackling noise. Otherwise worth the monre. Way cheaper than single use pods.

We really like the Bella Pro! It was recommended by our son who is a coffee connaisseur, and we weren't disappointed. It replaced a coffee maker that we liked, but the Bella Pro makes better-tasting coffee. It was also an amazing price.

Great coffee maker. Just like Starbucks. Only a bit cheaper and I can have coffee in my pajamas. No need to leave the house.

The setup was very simple, and the cleaning and initial use instructions was very clea and easy to follow!

This makes a perfect cup...or three. Grounds are evenly saturated, but if I had one gripe, it would be the warmer only lasts 2 hours before automatic shut off. Otherwise, it's perfect.

I had a Bunn Speed Brew for under a month, sent it back to Amazon, and bought this. This coffee maker incorporates a manually operated valve at the bottom of the coffee funnel /basket. The black ring around the bottom is the valve handle that allows the flow to the carafe to be shut off, open, or anywhere in between. IMO, THAT is the feature that allows this machine to be callled "pro-series", and personally, I love the experimentation that allows, If you do not want to experiment, simply leave it open to operate in a normal fashion. It is clearly marked. The funnel twists counter clockwise to remove and takes some getting used to. All 3 lids sit where you place them, but do not inspire confidence. I could do without the "infuser" lid of the carafe. The carafe has a ledge inside, about a 1/4" step, from the plastic to the glass including at the spout. It does not bother me, and pours well despite that. I rate it 5 stars for making HOT coffee, quickly, and keeping it that way until it shuts off after a few hours. The coffee is great, and the more I use this, the more I like it. Feel free to ask questions if you'd like. P.S. It does include a permanent filter, but I am presently using some I bought.

Perfect so far . Very good looking product on the counter. Brews an excellent cup of coffee. Purchased to replace k-cup style brewer and i dont regret it

Nice coffe maker but if you dont remove it once its done it will burn your coffee

A high quality item for sure, but all the weird parts and pieces to take off and clean every time make this completely inconvenient. The small cup size is also pretty annoying unless you're always just making 2-3 mugs of coffee. Go for an aeropress or other fancy methods. This is just a complicated alternative.

Great machine. Makes a fast pot. It is a bit small but it is very nice looking and a great Moccamaster copy. I got this on sale for 40 bucks and couldn't be happier.
