Not worth it

The machine itself looks nice and seems to be made of quality material but in function, it doesn't work well which is surprising considering the other positive reviews. The nozzle is too narrow to cover all the grounds so I fail to see the connection to a pour over. Also, the water tends to pool to the farthest end and drip from one point there instead of all the holes. Lastly, it's supposed to enter a pot-heating mode after brewing is finished but it seems to continue trying to brew forever on my machine, making a pulsating, vibrating sound until I turn it off. I would have returned this but unfortunately waited too long and am thinking about trying to pawn it off for the price of a Mr. Coffee. There's a reason this thing is on sale all the time and if you can get it on the $50 one, maybe it's worth it, but otherwise you'd do much better with a Bonavita or about the same with a Mr Coffee.

Required descaling after 2 months but wont descale

But coffeemaker stopped brewing after about 2 months indicating that descaling is needed. But descaling function wont work so it's basically useless as it wont brew unless you do a cycle of descale. Working with Bella/Made by Gather as it's well within the 2yr warranty. We'll see what they say.

Treat yourself to coffee at home

Grounds are evenly saturated, but if I had one gripe, it would be the warmer only lasts 2 hours before automatic shut off. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Very nice quality and comes with a metal basket, so you need not use filters Got mine on sales and very happy with it, so far.
