Make sure that you have the phone in the right spot. Might seem obvious, but making sure it has power, and is seated properly are basic troubleshooting steps. Can you test your phone on another pad, and another one on this? This weeds possible solutions down. If it doesn't work for any device, but works for watch, might need to return/warranty it
