Will this work for a sega dreamcast? null

This wasn't designed to be plugged into the Dreamcast. There are plenty of great retailers for retro gaming equipment. Generally speaking, Best Buy is not one of them.

It is designed to be able to use a monitor with standard HDMI with a Dell computer which has its own slightly different HDMI configuration.
