You might be able to use the fasteners/mounting holes in the wall but use this appliance completely. Don’t find out the hard way that your assumption turned out poorly (mix and match option).

You might be able to, but i wouldnt recommend it. It may cause a safety issue. The bracket and the wall plate are not universally accepted by other mount manufacturers.
