QuestionI have a 47" screen (56" diagonal measurement) 2012 LG TV. The screw holes on back are about 16" apart. I can't find the manual. I tried looking up and its maybe vesa 400mm x 400mm compatible but not positive. will this work for my TV?

- Answer This mounting bracket comes with SO MANY screws that yes, it should work with your TV. Just be sure to try the shorter screws first because using longer screws may damage the TV. The mounting bracket comes with dozens of screws that are compatible with different TV manufacturers.

- Answer You might be able to use the fasteners/mounting holes in the wall but use this appliance completely. Don’t find out the hard way that your assumption turned out poorly (mix and match option).

QuestionI bought this mount but the totaltech guy who was installing it says it is the wrong size for my stud and that I need a one that fits 24". Yet I am reading some of the responses that says it should fit 24" stud. So does it or does it not?

- Answer 16-inches is the maximum width for stud gap. Mine are 17-inches and was just far enough to not mount properly. The people who installed your stuff were correct.

- Answer Pull the mount out and angle to one side. Their are 2 nuts in the center (see in lded photo). They come from the factory pretty tight. Loosen both (jist a little bit). You should be able to tilt it now.
