QuestionIn 12/20 I purchased a HP Pavilionx360 Laptop, and a HP Envy Photo 7855. Printer. I use only Google Photos ---my question is why don't you give lessons to seniors citizens as to using different features on these machines--I seriously need help.? TY

QuestionIf I purchase a new refrigerator and the total plan for $199 at the same time, and renew every year, will repairs be covered say 5 years down the line for refrigerator repairs. Because if not, it may be cost effective to purchase just an extended warranty

- Answer Hello Oscar! Totaltech membership covers one household, so you would not be able to use it for both homes. If you wanted protection for the second home you would need to purchase a second plan to cover that location. - Answer You do not need the membership. It is approximately $150 dollars for an installation and mount and the membership is $200. Best Buy states that the membership comes with better service and support but my experience has been the complete opposite. Just select the normal mount and install when you purchase the TV and save yourself some money.

- Answer No you have to buy at the same time, to get free installation of your equipment . You can get total tech service any time by paying $199 annual but they give to discount on installing item but that’s not free. But honestly poor service, they don’t show up if you have total free installing of you items you bought at the same time .waste of time and excitement,
