A:AnswerTheres a box to un-check in the BB app but sometimes it doesnt work (they told.me its a glitch). I recommend calling BB cutomer service, if they say they cant help, ask to be forwarded to the escalation department. They'll cancel your renewal and provide a pro-rated refund.
