However, when we had problems with one of my client's computers, the Geek Squad manager took the thing with no questions asked. His policy was 'your problem is my problem.' That's an amazing policy.
This guy actually had his techs remove and replace the OS TWICE because of problems we had both times. Both times he did it with no questions asked and he had no problem doing it. Both times he could have said, "You broke it, you bought it" but no, he fixed whatever was wrong simply because we had purchased the right plans.
