A:AnswerThe response from Best Buy is just a corporate response that didn’t even answer the question. Looks like you have to call the number to actually cancel auto renewal which will most likely give you just as much of a runaround as you got on the website. I’ll probably cancel my card cause I had the same issue with Petsmart. Good luck!
A:AnswerBest Buy and Citi Card are crooks, Citi allows fraudulent charges on your best buy card. Call Best Buy they wash there hands and refer you to Citi Card. Citi Card refers you to Best Buy. I cancelled all cards with both of these crooks. I now have a pending case with the FTC and will not stop.
A:AnswerDO NOT CALL 1(888)-715-9141. I REPEAT. DO NOT CALL THAT NUMBER. They will try to connect to your computer remotely. DO NOT CALL that number and do not let them connect to your computer. The correct number will be on your Best Buy receipt or on the Best Buy website and find the "Contact Us" link on the bottom of the page.

A:AnswerNo one. It's impossible to teach anyone. I am waiting on a DIGITAL download if a gift card and can't reach a soul. I had to get a membership just to buy something. Ugh, never again.
