A:AnswerI cannot answer this particular question due to being my first month as a Total Tech member. I would imagine they can, just give the geek squad a call and ask or via text thru the website.
A:AnswerThe employees at store won't tell you, but it is in the online information kind of buried. If after warranty they charge, they will also tell you to go to the manufacturer if under warranty, makes no sense.
A:AnswerI am answering this question using my personal experience. I purchased several appliances through Best buy while having an active membership in place. All appliances were delivered and installed free of charge. If I remember right, I think there was a small fee to haul away the used appliances. I hope this helps you. Check with Best buy to be sure.
A:AnswerI purchased a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator through Best buy (at different times) while my membership was active. The appliances were delivered and then approx 3 days later installed by professional installers that was hired and paid through Best buy.
A:AnswerI believe that is correct. I just purchased a new TV and installation and delivery were free with my membership. This is not the case when you already have the TV and ask them to install it. There is a fee for existing tv mounting and service.
A:AnswerYou can cancel total tech immediately after purchase and it won't charge the difference. Total tech is prorated so each day that passes, you get X amount less on refund.
