Q: QuestionWill best buy total tech cover broken tv screen ?

• A:Answer No because they will never show up for their appointments. They will, however, give great excuses for why they are so bad at doing what they are supposed to do. If they ever do show up and fix the problem, cancel Best Buy total unless you like paying for bad customer service, lame excuses, and multiple canceled repair appointments.

Q: QuestionIf I buy TT now am I understanding that any tech items currently own whether purchased at BB or not would be covered? Also, I have 2 in college with laptops purchased at BB, would these be covered and would they each be able to call in for tech support?

Q: QuestionIf I buy 3 tvs and security cameras and get total tech should I also buy the extra warranty that is longer than the total tech? If total tech is 12 months then the extra warranty is 4 yrs should I buy that too?

Q: QuestionIf the household already has a total tech support does =my daughter need to get another membership..

If she lives in another residence, then she would need her own membership to cover her home.

Q: QuestionOn purchasing total tech, any geek squad protection already purchased apparently gets converted for total tech. What happens to this protection if total tech is cancelled? Do people lose the original protection or does it continue?
