This only applies to purchases from when you bought the membership and for as long as it's active. Looks like you have to call the number to actually cancel auto renewal which will most likely give you just as much of a runaround as you got on the website. I’ll probably cancel my card cause I had the same issue with Petsmart. Good luck!
