    • Answer DO NOT CALL 1(888)-715-9141. I REPEAT. DO NOT CALL THAT NUMBER. They will try to connect to your computer remotely. DO NOT CALL that number and do not let them connect to your computer. The correct number will be on your Best Buy receipt or on the Best Buy website and find the "Contact Us" link on the bottom of the page.

  • QuestionIf the return period for an item has expired and I purchase total tech will that item be eligible for return again or is it only if said item is purchased after you activate a total tech subscription?

    • Answer Hello and thank you for your question May! Best Buy return policy is 15 days for purchases without a Best Buy Totaltech membership. Your membership has to be active and the item needs to be purchased at Best Buy to receive the 60 day return period. Sadly any previous purchases not under the membership only qualify for the 15 days. If you have any questions please contact us at 1-888-237-8289 and we will have an expert assist!

    • Answer I agree with Jack Go somewhere else for your computer do not buy anything from best buy and particularly do not , I repeat DO NOT buy geek squad. I did and have been fighting a TV repair on a TV I had for 6 months and they have had in service for 3 making the purchase 9 months old. Absolutely terrible , terrible service . You will have to chase someone for 2 months before you get some one with answers and in all likely hood the answers you get will not be what you want to hear. And don't ever expect a return call . Shop at some where else pay a little more buy a legit extended warranty .
