A:AnswerYou have to log into your Best Buy account using your email, and go to “my Best Buy memberships”. From there it should give you the option to cancel your membership. This didn’t work for me, however, and I had to contact a customer service person via text to completely cancel my membership. Luckily they handled it for me with little issue.

A:AnswerNot anymore, I just purchased a 65 inch TV and it was delivered for free (the box was just placed in the living room). It wasn't even plugged in to make sure it worked ! I had purchased the plan in June 2023 and for the first year the free installation and removal were GREAT benefit. I had renewed the plan on June 2024. Bought the new TV in July only to find out of the major changes to the plan.
