A:AnswerThe response from Best Buy is just a corporate response that didn’t even answer the question. Looks like you have to call the number to actually cancel auto renewal which will most likely give you just as much of a runaround as you got on the website. I’ll probably cancel my card cause I had the same issue with Petsmart. Good luck!

The correct number will be on your Best Buy receipt or on the Best Buy website and find the "Contact Us" link on the bottom of the page.

Your membership has to be active and the item needs to be purchased at Best Buy to receive the 60 day return period.
