Does this vacuum blow the pet hair around? null

No. Worked well for me on the cat hair in our house. And the dirt cups/filters are easy to empty to limit the amount of dirt and hair that are spread around when you dump everything into the trash.

Nope. Sucks it right up from carpet, rug, tile and laminate.
