Q: QuestionHow do companies sell any of these types of cameras? Who the F has 2.4g? Everyone has 5g. Great job making cameras that no one can use with WiFi. This is the best we can do? Anyways my question is does this camera support 5g?

• A:Answer Hi there, The cameras detect motion using infrared light & heat signatures. Since the door knob won't be making enough heat for it to detect, the motion detector would likely not trigger.

• A:Answer The system still requires WiFi and power to function properly. Clips will not be written to the USB drive without an available WiFi network for the Sync Module and camera to be connected to. If the Sync Module is offline, you will not be able to view clips on the Blink APP. You would need to reconnect the module to internet/power or remove the USB to view the recorded clips on a computer.
