Q: QuestionI own other blink cameras and when I set these up I was asked for a subscription service. There has to be a work around. None of my other camera systems require this. I have 2 at mothers house and 2 at my office. Can someone help me??????

Q: QuestionWhy am I just now being notified that I must sign up for Blink monthly subscription? Why was I not told this important issue when I purchased the Blink Mini’s? How can I view my cameras while away from home without a monthly subscription?

• A:Answer A subscription is not required to use the Blink cameras. Upon set-up you will have access to the Blink Plus Cloud Storage Plan for at least 30-days when the trial ends you can choose to continue for a nominal fee or use the sync module 2 and a USB flash drive for local storage, you do not need a subscription for local storage. Or you could simply choose no storage option, You would still be able to access the live view, two way audio and receive notifications however nothing would record since you did not have a storage plan in place.

Q: QuestionI want to put this camera in my garage. It can get cold even though the garage has a door. What is the minimum low temperature can this camera operate? The camera will be out of the weather, just temp could get code.
