“Is the camera always recording or only when someone walks by? For example if I have it at an entrance will it record only when the door opens or will it record for any movement/noise in the house?”

• It only records when there is motion, as long as you have it armed.

• It’s only recording when you check in on live mode or if you want to arm the camera so it detects motion and will alert you.
