• As long as your phone remains close enough to camera receiver in house that needs 120 volt receptacle to send and receive to cameras.

• Hi jacksonlee, Using a hotspot is not recommended by Blink. Because Blink systems rely on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection and a Blink Sync Module, they often struggle with mobile hotspots.
