Hello and thank you for your question! The Blink Home Monitoring app is a free app available on the app store. This is how you set up/connect the device and view who is at the door. Hope this helps! Have a great day!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Blink system only uses the Blink Home Monitor app. There are no other apps to be downloaded. The Video Doorbell must either be hardwired to a compatible transformer, or connected to a Blink system which has a Sync Module in order to support on demand live view. If you simply setup the Video Doorbell on its own and it is not hardwired, you will only be able to open live views within 60 seconds of receiving a motion alert when the system is armed.
