Connecting to speakers and mice How do you set this up so a PC can connect to Bluetooth speakers or mice? I can't find anywhere that shows the devise.

we just install the software on the laptop and plug the usb, then we were . able to connect to the wireless bluetooth speakers that we have. the musci that we have on the laptop or with pandora we listen trough this bluetooth usb adapter.

This Insignia Bluetooth adapter may work for you. It allowed my Bluetooth speakers to find my PC after I installed it. This was an inexpensive solution for me.

Depends on the version of windows. I have windows 8.1 and all I had to do was plug it in and windows automatically downloaded all the drivers and the Bluetooth option was in my settings. I didn't have to do anything at all.

The blue tooth adapter should show up in win explorer in devices. Right click on it and find the speakers. Also you may need enable from the speakers (that how it works w/ my phone). Lookup instructions from the internet by googling the model number of your speakers if they didn't come w/ any. There should be a YouTube video.

Usually mice do not use Bluetooth. They use a different frequency than Bluetooth adapters and use an adapter which is matched to the mouse. Make sure that your mouse is for Bluetooth. Again, you can check it out online by googling the model number and looking at the specs.

Depending on your version of Windows, It can be used to connect Bluetooth speakers or Wireless Mouse. Go into Control Panel and find Device Manager, It should be listed there and you can pair up your devices.

For the Bluetooth headphones I had to use specific software for the connection. I would suggest you look for drivers or other software, free of course. Do a Google search for your product with matching software. Hope it works.

I have a wireless mouse that has its own receiver. So I'm using 2 ports but I don't need many ports at one time anyway. In your settings there should b a tab for bluetooth. When u click on it, it will find devices. Assuming u installed the software.
