“Does the Bobsweep PetHair Vision bump into walls? The description says it will move around objects, but I'm curious if the unit will still bump into walls. I purchased a Roomba some time back and it would bump and take the paint off our baseboards.”

• It does bump up against some surfaces, but very lightly - not enough to do any damage.

• It can. My experience has been sometimes it stops sort and others it hits the walls.

• Ours has been very good at avoiding objects, if it does "bump" into anything, it is very light and does no damage.

• Rarely... Most times it recognizes an object and stops short of bumping into it. It does closely wraps itself close around legs of chairs and tables.

• Has sensors that detect objects in the way, and doesn't hit them with any force. No paint to be knocked off! This is how it learns its way around the house of course.
