Answering my own question. Turns out that the dust bin is only one of several parts that can get plugged or jammed with debris, or in this case dog hair. The roller bar, which comes out very easily for cleaning, is the primary culprit, with the dust filter assembly also due for frequent cleaning. The vacuum itself does work for about 2 hours on a charge, but cleaning is necessary, at least in our big house, several times during use. Runs well and does a fine job!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem after only 2 uses. I returned mine & am waiting on the other (same machine) to arrive. I was hoping that I just had gotten a lemon. Now I’m concerned. This is a lot of money for something that may not ever work.
