“Does this vacuum have a sporadic pattern or will it vacuum in straight lines? I have a different brand of robot vacuum for my basement and the pattern is all over the place bouncing off walls. Drives me nuts.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For the most part it sweeps back and forth in straight lines. Then suddenly roams around like it is checking the place out. You know it is hooked up to WiFi and has a camera this vision. Do not know who may be monitoring on line.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It drives in straight lines. When it hits the legs of things (like a chair) it navigates around, and then goes back on it’s straight path. Now, I have seen it do a few weird things from time to time where it suddenly turns around and goes back to the last room...I thought it needed to charge, but it came back and picked up where it left off. One other thing is I have a U-shaped pattern of rooms. Bob is docked on one side of the U. Sometimes it dies trying to get through the wall between the docking station and the other end. It does an amazing job overall, I love it! Dog hair is finally kept at bay.
