Q: QuestionHaving some issues with our new BobSweep. It seems to run for a short while then shuts off. The dust bin is empty and it is charged. Now it is not charging! Something is up.

• A:Answer Answering my own question. Turns out that the dust bin is only one of several parts that can get plugged or jammed with debris, or in this case dog hair. The roller bar, which comes out very easily for cleaning, is the primary culprit, with the dust filter assembly also due for frequent cleaning. The vacuum itself does work for about 2 hours on a charge, but cleaning is necessary, at least in our big house, several times during use. Runs well and does a fine job!

Q: QuestionDoes the Bobsweep PetHair Vision bump into walls? The description says it will move around objects, but I'm curious if the unit will still bump into walls. I purchased a Roomba some time back and it would bump and take the paint off our baseboards.
