First go to App Store and download the app, then add your robot and follow the instructions on the screen. It’s not hard at all. I was able to connect and been using it for about a month.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I too tried to use the app, but my wifi signal isn't strong enough to use it. You do know you can just touch the arrow button on the unit itself and it will start cleaning. I am very surprised that it runs about 2 to 2.5 hours.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The App is downloaded to your PHONE. It will connect to your BobSweeper via a Wi-Fi connection in your house. I just followed the instructions I got with the sweeper and installed App...then followed steps to connect them. It was very simple. But, your Sweeper needs to be charged before it will connect.

Please try again later.Gail, I assume you're talking about the bobSweep phone app. You have to download it on your phone using either the Apple App Store or Google Play store. It's free. Once you've done that, then you'll likely need to create an account with bobSweep. From there, follow the instructions in the manual to get it connected to the app so you can create a schedule, manually remote run Bob, or manually dock Bob for charging.
