Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes I was told my phone would work. I had my previous provider unlock my phone. Then they claim the Sim was bad. Waiting for them to send another. They told me to take the other one back I said it would not be accepted because it's opened. They wanted me to go into a store and I said absolutely not defeats the purpose of doing it online. 4 hours wasted they should not be right at the number one through CNET!
