Best plan you can use in case of emergency wise. The fee is small. And the service is perfect. Never lost signals. And calls come in without problems.

Great Deal $15 for Unlimited Talk & Text and 5GB for each Month (3) Activation only took me 15min on the Website and got a confirmation message that it would take 24Hours to complete but i was making calls after the process..

Worked like a champ. Put sim in my phone. Went to boost website setup account. Did chat with the service agent. Ported my number. Boom. Had service up n running within an Hour.

Great deal some one looking for a side number for short term

I purchased two prepaid SIM cards, and it is a nightmare to get these activated. I was on the phone with Boost Customer Services for over 2 hours and couldn't get them activated. Launched a ticket and asked for additional 72 hours.

This is a terrible deal. I purchased the SIM card on 9/8/2024, and it was delivered on 9/12/2024. After receiving it, I found that the SIM card couldn’t be activated because it needed to be activated by 4/29/2024, which was printed on the card. I called Best Buy customer service and was transferred to 7 different representatives (having to repeat my full name, phone number, email, call-back number, and explain the issue each time), only to be told that the item was non-refundable. They even suggested I contact Boost Mobile to activate the expired card. I called Boost Mobile, but they couldn’t activate it either. I’m beyond frustrated—avoid this card at all costs.

Its an invalid sim. I just needed to use it an it turned out invalid/fake. I asked the boost mobile company and they said Best Buy sent you an invalid card. Help agent is clueless

The activation was easy and smooth. Itnworked with our unlocked cellphone. Very happy with this purchase

I ended up purchasing an expired SIM card, and by the time I realized it, the return window had already passed. I purchased two Boost Mobile prepaid SIM cards on July 17th and attempted to activate them today. However, I noticed that the activation date is listed as before May 27th.

I purchased 3 of them for friends visiting the country. To start with, 2 out of my 3 sim cards had issues. One of them came in not activated, and another one is physically defective. Contacting customer support is quick but takes 4 days for a new sim card to arrive. On the other hand, activating requires a credit card, some other carrier doesn't. Which make this sim card not suitable for temporary visitor uses.

Wasn't able to sign up an Android phone for service the first day I tried to. Then Boost sent me a extra $10 credit in an email and asked me to try again and then it worked. Seems like an OK MVNO using T-Mobile network. However, Boost is owned by Dish LLC, which is not my favorite company (I had a not great experience with them after they purchased Republic Wireless where I used to be a happy customer).

Was a good deal 15$ for 3mo of service and a second number boost mobile works just as well as any other service provider super fast shipping was greatly appreciated as it's the holiday's and im in and out alot was packaged well but still wouldn't want it to sit out in my mail box for long, not much snow but lots of rain made it through just fine

I'm an employee at Best Buy and I saw this on Sale for $15 3 months prepaid! Decided to ignore negative reviews because of the price... My sim card was invalid, called boost 3x and they blamed it on bestbuy not scanning it properly(which is not true, system won't let us check it out unless scanned). I explained that I worked at bestbuy and it I knew the issue wasn't on our end, but it felt like talking to a brick wall as they kept repeating the same script back. I highly recommend paying the extra for mint mobile, been super satisfied with them:)

LOVE THIS PLAN I RECEIVED 3 MONTHS OF PREPAID SERVICE MEANING IT WAS FREE FOR 90 DAYS I GOT A BILL AT THE END OF KY 90 DAYS AND IT 2AS ONLY 46$ WHICH IS TOTALLY A GOOD PRICE FOR ALL THE PLAN FEATURES AND DATA I RECEIVED INCLUDING HOTSPOT DATA TRY THIS YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Very good plan, better coverage and easy to activate and use

Got this for my son's phone while it was on sale. Worked without any issues on a carrier-unlocked iPhone. Only issue I've had is getting their app to work properly but that does not hinder how the SIM card operates.

So far great coverage especially for this area. $5 per month for the first 3 months covered and $15 per month after. Happy I made the switch. Love all the money I'm saving.

This was a exelemt purchase for new costumers you can have 3 months in on payment for those who dont use much data or just use a talk and text great deal. Best buy cell this on special for 15 00 price ofert with a certificate i pay 10.00 for 3 months

I needed a phone line for my visitor and this Boost wireless came true for me. works so well, network and internet is good, no complaints.

Enough data with great speed for me. I bought it for a short time travel, and later I found it is better than my current plan so I am thinking about keeping it to replace my current plan.
