• No, you should be able to change your plan on the BoostOne mobile app (PLEASE NOTE: for this specific product, the Mobile app is called BoostOne; NOT the ‘Traditional’ BOOST MOBILE app.) Should you have any trouble, you could also dial *611 from your phone to reach Customer Service.
