Hello Jimmy. Absolutely. You would connect the Bose Bluetooth Audio Adapter to an input on the stereo which would allow you to connect wirelessly from the iPod Touch to the Bose Bluetooth Audio Adapter and listen to audio wirelessly that way. Thanks!
