“I have tried all the test but the Sound Bar 500 that I just purchased will not show on the app or in my wi-fi. I have the updated software on my I-phone and have tried using a the latest version I-phone but still the app will not recognize the sound bar.”

• Make sure you down loaded the correct app Bose Music, open an account (free), select your Bose product and turn on the Wi-Fi discovery mode the Bose app and product then pair them.

• Returned the Bose Sound Bar 500 back to the store and bought a Sonos, no problem connecting to my wi-fi.

• Download the Bose app and follow the setup directions . Make sure you the Sound Bar and your iPhone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network otherwise you will not see the sound bar in the app. Good Luck
