Q: QuestionDo the work with an Peleton stationary bike via Bluetooth?
Asked by T1220dg.
- A:Answer Most of the time the answer is yes. Several times mine will not connect, or they will say connected but not deliver sound, or they will deliver sound in the right ear only. This happens 30% of the time and I have to take a back up pair of headphones in case this happens.

Q: QuestionCan I use these on Xbox 1?
Asked by Imapc.
- A:Answer No. These connect through bluetooth and while bluetooth is supported for controllers for both the xbox 1 s & x and ps4, it cannot be used for sound. Bose uses an installed app on phones. For a wireless headset experience, compatible headsets have a transmitter included that connects to the s/pdif on the back of the console. The headset connects wirelessly to that transmitter. Otherwise you need to physically connect your headset using the 3.5 mm port.

Q: QuestionWhat version of bluetooth do these use? I presume its not 5.0 since the range is only 30 ft. If the version is 4.x, can they be upgraded to 5.0 through a firmware update? Thanks.
Asked by MW.
- A:Answer The Bluetooth version for the SoundSport Free wireless headphones is 4.1 & offers up to 33 feet (10 m) in range. As for now, the current firmware available has no effect on this aspect of connecting the headphones wirelessly. Q: QuestionCan i pair this device with my Samsung Smart TV?
Asked by Amulya.
- A:Answer As long as it is Bluetooth capable. I have mine sync'd to my phone, Ipad, and laptop; and have not had any issues. I would say to give it a try, the worst that'll happen is that they wont connect. Once you have connected to multiple devices they will connect automatically to the 1st one it finds starting with the last one it connected to.

Q: QuestionWill they work individually? Turn one off and charge the other one
Asked by Adal.
- A:Answer I will tell you, the Bose are not worth it. I lost the right one. And, the left does not play independently. So, what I’m left with is the case and a left earbud that doesn’t work independently. Unlike the apple earbuds. It”s like throwing money in the trash with this particular Bose product. I asked if I could just buy the right Bose earbud and it’s not an option. But you can buy a refurbished pair which is expensive considering. I’m a Bose fanatic and this product is disappointing. And I hate to say that, I’m actually hurt because I expect more for a company like like Bose. The sound is good and the feel is good as long as you have the right earbud.
