Yes, they would fall off. They mainly only attach to your external ear canal and the little plastic piece sits on the inside of the first ear ring. If your ears are all jacked up through and through then get Bose soundsport. Coloflower ear is mainly on the outer ear ring which is the lobe. Good luck.
