How do the buds stay secure in your ear? Is there something that fits over the ear? My buds fall out all the time and hurt too. null

They come in two different sizes that fit in the ear and they feel safer from falling out than the air pods by apple. Although those have never fell out of my ears as well.

Mine stay in just fine with the medium piece. I do Olympic lifting that involves some jumping/landing with weight and no real problem.
