Zero Regret - Proud Quality Investment
||Posted .I’ve had and been using these for 6 weeks now. I never write reviews FYI but considering the less convenient price tag, and that making a good decision when investing in new headphones can be daunting, I want to confidently add to the positive reviews of this to help consumers be more confident in this purchase. I've owned $100 Bluetooth headphones in the past that were attached to each other by a short chord behind my neck. << They would not stay in my ears and it was ultimately a waste of $$ because they just collect dust because I was too lazy to return them (like an idiot). Anyway THESE are great. There are 3 different sizes of the rubber piece that inserts in your ear. I use the smallest, they fit great. The design is very NOT confusing on how you stick it in your ear initially and then you swivel it back in your ear and the rubber essentially locks in place in your ear. Top perks: 1) They truly do not fall out. I've gone to the gym, ran, lifted (listening to music), and walk around the house while cleaning or while running errands (talking on phone or listening to podcasts) - they NEVER fall out. 2) They have a speaker for phone calls. I'm on the phone a lot for work and appreciate having use of both hands during so it's awesome, and the volume is great. Person on other end of call can always hear me fine. 3) Great BOSE sound quality:). You can max the volume on your phone and max additionally high using buttons on the earbuds. 4) a) Excellent Bluetooth in my opinion. I'll be listening to a podcast at work and then walk to break room and I'll leave my phone in my office and have accidentally forgotten to take my earbuds out and realize oh my bad I still have them in and I'll still be able to hear my podcast clearly all the way to the break room and back haha it's awesome. b) You can be paired with multiple devices (not sure the max. I currently have paired with 3) and there's a button on the left earbud that enables you to easily click through all paired devices till you land on the one you want to connect with, just a nice convenient perk. 5. Come with a cool very durable and small easy to fit in pocket or purse case. Helps you keep track of the earbuds, plus contains like 5 battery life hours in addition to the 5 or so battery life hours that the earbuds hold, so you’re walking around with 10+ hours of battery life. 6. Apparently if several water (I guess like if it's raining) or sweat drips get on them, they will be fine. CONS (some might call these cons but they don't bother me): 1) "Bulky size/appearance". Personally, I value quality of performance and am super pleased with performance of these so I don't even notice the size. and I’m a considerably small person! 2) Technically when on a call you can only hear the person your speaking with's voice in the RIGHT-side earbud. Kind of an awkward detail but a) the volume and clarity of their voice is still so great in the right earbud that I could care less about the left being useless. b) I prefer 1 earbud in at a time anyway (unless I'm listening to music) so I extra don't mind. **Optional: You can spend an additional $30 for a 2 or 3-year (I forget) warranty so if you lose one or both or run over one with your car you can get it replaced for free. I went with the warranty.

Worth the price
||Posted .I bought these since I always get my wired headphones tangled up or caught on something causing them to malfunction on me. They have a little girth to them yes and they protrude out your ear very visibly, but I don't mind it. The case/charger takes roughly 2 to 3 hours to charge completely and the ear buds themselves depending on single use and/or dual use can range from an hour and a half to 2. When fully charged and having both buds on you get an approximate cap of 7 1/2 to 8 hours of tunes depending on how high you have them volume wise. The higher the volume the quicker the battery life drains. If you don't have your phone or music source on you while you are about... The max distance before cut out is 30 to 32 feet. Lastly when putting these on warranty the charger is the only thing that's covered under Bose. The ear buds aren't covered. I registered on the site and the case was all I could put on warranty. I thought it was all three pieces, but no. Other than that they are a good set of headphones for whatever you need with three gel grips for the perfect ear fit and I recommend them.

Great headphones
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed.Being a fan of the Bose product line, these are definitely wireless free headphones I had to check out. The sound quality is exactly what you'd expect from Bose. You get rich audio with depth. Honestly, these sound really good! Another positive point, is it the battery life seems to last longer than I'd expected. I can go a full day, sometimes two or three depending on use, and not have to recharge the headphones. when charged, the case seemed to provide at least one full recharge for the headphones. I did run into some issues with the audio dropping from one of the headphone sides. Also, when taking calls, it only comes in on the right headphone. Perhaps this is a safety feature, but it feels really weird to have only a single side with audio. That's definitely not immersive. I would have expected more from those on this matter. Overall, I'm fairly satisfied with the product. There are a couple little oddities, but nothing that severely hampers the usability or enjoyability of these headphones. Pros: - Good battery life - Exceptional sound quality (though you shouldn't expect any less than this from Bose) Cons: - occasional disconnection from mobile device audio - compared to other headphones the design is massive.

Brilliant quality
||Posted .I bought these coz I have android and ios devices that I use on daily basis so would love a product that connects to both and the quality of Bluetooth connection is really good. They can even be used independently connecting left or right. The only thing that I ddid not give it 5 stars is the confusion that why during a call only right ear phone works?? Why not both the ear phones work during the call? Is it a flaw or design

3.5 out of 5
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This was my first ever set of truly wireless. I bought these on black Friday. At first these were not very loud and anything above mid-range was not very clear. Over time, the sound had gotten better and slightly louder. So maybe there's a break-in period, idk. You probably will not see a full 5hr playtime on one charge as it claims if you're playing at full volume. It's nice having the buds magnetic so the case pulls them in when you place them in it. I really like the rubber tips. They will not come out of your ear no matter how much you shake your head. Just take the time to find the right size tips for your ears. I suggest trying all 3 sizes to see what works for you. Once you find the size that gives you a good seal, the sound is better overall. These probably block about 75% of outside noise. Overall I'm happy with them. But Bose REALLY needs to include an EQ in their app. Being able to fine tune the sound would make these perfect for me. FYI, using the Spotify EQ on your phone will reduce volume about 25%.

WorkOut
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed.Great product for working out. If you sweat profusely, I really recommend them, I went though 9 bluetooth devises before I decided to move up to the Bose brand and though they are pricy they are worth it. You see the 9 other brands I tried all although were good and decent in price didn't last 3 months with how much I sweat. Let me say I spent almost triple the $$$ smh, wish I would of bought these first and saved me some money.

The Essential Workout Headphones
||Posted .After trying several pairs of sport-oriented headphones, I've finally found "the one" - The Bose SoundSport Free headphones are my go-to pair of headphones for running and workouts. PROS: - Comfortable, lightweight, and secure fit. Three sizes of ear tips included. They have never fallen out during runs or workouts and I hardly notice them in my ears. - Excellent, balanced sound with just the right amount of bass. If you enjoy the audio quality of any other Bose product, you'll feel right at home with these. - Long battery life - over 15 hours when you include the charging case. - Great Bluetooth range. I can set my phone on one side of the gym, move 30 feet away to the other side, and never lose connection. I've read other reviews of users reporting drop-outs in the left ear bud, but that has never happened to me. - First-rate customer service and support from Bose. They have released several firmware updates for these headphones in the past few months that have only made them better. CONS: - There is a slight audio delay when watching video on your phone or tablet. However, I use these headphones for workouts, not to watch movies and YouTube videos, so it's not a problem for me. - When taking phone calls, audio only comes through the right ear bud. A minor annoyance, but again - I'm not spending much time on the phone during workouts. Highly recommended!

Great for working out or not
||Posted .Great headphones for when you’re working out or not working out, sweating or not sweating. They’re designed to stay in place even when they’re wet and they do! Sit in one spot in a quiet room or cut the grass in them...they sound good either way! Music or audio book! They’re not noise canceling headphones but they do have the extra noise filtering mic that filters out background noise. U can walk away from your phone about 80ft or more before you lose Bluetooth connection too. On the bad side...They’re made for working out so after a few hours your ears may start to get fatigued. Also, when you take a call the audio only comes thru the right earbud. I don’t like that. Overall I really dig these headphones and I think you will too!

Q: QuestionNoise canceling? Phone capable? Ie place and answer phone calls Looks like case has intergral battery- how long does it take to charge? Can one side be used solo w/o the other?
Asked by Mainecheng.
- A:Answer Noise cancelling... no. Noise Isolation... yes. It does a good job of blocking out ambient noise when playing music. I got a complete seal and couldn't hear a thing with my music on. You can use only the right side as a regular bluetooth if you choose. The charging case takes about 4-5 hours to completely charge from 0%. You get a quick charge of 15 mins which make around 45mins of play time.

Q: QuestionI see that they are IPX4 rated which means they can take rain and sweat. Would they be able to tolerate a shower? Assuming there isn't water pouring on them constantly
Asked by Mholland23.
- A:Answer Great question! IPX4 does mean that the headphones can tolerate splashes of water from any direction, but they can't tolerate jets of water (which would be IPX5). That being said, we don't recommend using these in the shower because they could be accidently exposed to direct jets of water. We hope this helps!

Q: Questionwill they fit well in small ears ?
Asked by curious.
This question was asked about the related product: Bose - SoundSport Free True Wireless Headphones - Orange
- A:Answer Not a good fit for smaller ears, in my opinion. These are by far the BEST quality in sound for phone calls and media, but the size may not be right for everyone

Q: QuestionLove my Bose earbuds. Except for one issue. The left earbud does not work while on a phone call. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong. Please help. This only happens on a phone call. While listening to music you hear both. Just phone calls.
Asked by DLO.
- A:Answer Bose made it on purpose so calls are only in one ear. I wish you could switch to two ears as well.

Q: QuestionI like to listen to music while I do yard work. How well do these hold up against Dust?
Asked by Lou.
- A:Answer For basic yard work it should be fine, but if using gas powered equipment, you won’t be able to hear anything. I used on an airplane and have to keep at the maximum level to hear anything.
Answered by PeterLeman
Q: Questionhow many minutes/hours music time per charge?
Asked by Lindon202.
- A:Answer They are rated at 5 hours, the case holds two full charges for an additional 10 hours. I have the regular SoundSport Wireless, which are rated at 6 hours of listening per charge. I have found that value to be pretty accurate, so I would assume the same for these.

Q: Questionwould these be a better choice for sound quality and functionality than the apple airpods? i do live in the apple world. also, will siri perform all the find a song and make a call etc.....? i will mainly be listening to them inside - apple tv, roku...
Asked by jambandman.
- A:Answer The apple headphones have never stayed in my ear very well and hurt after a while of having them in. I've had my soundsports (the wired Bose bluetooth headphones that look just like these) for a year and I love them. I find the sound quality to be better than apple's earbuds and Beats (now owned by Apple) and they don't hurt my ears like the earbuds. Also, yes they will have Siri support through the multi-function button. The multi-function button will play, pause, take a call, hang up a call, skip to next song, go back to previous song, or hail Siri and these also have volume control buttons on either side of the multi-function button. The Apple Airpods, on the other hand, only has the option of double taping either side Airpod to hail Siri (or you can change that to just playing and pausing the music). All in all, the Soundsport Free has a lot more functionality.
