Noise cancelling... no. Noise Isolation... yes. It does a good job of blocking out ambient noise when playing music. I got a complete seal and couldn't hear a thing with my music on. You can use only the right side as a regular bluetooth if you choose. The charging case takes about 4-5 hours to completely charge from 0%. You get a quick charge of 15 mins which make around 45mins of play time.

Yes, you can take phone calls with the headphones. The battery takes approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge. The right ear bud can be used individually (without the left ear bud). You can take calls and use Siri or Google Assistant (there is now a specific button for this). Case provides two additional charges, their website states: "Plus, a quick 15-minute charge will give you 45 minutes of battery". Currently, there is no word on how long to full charge for earbuds or the case. Bose claims it takes up to 2 hours for full charge. I cannot find anything about using only one Earbud, it may be limited to the Right earbud since that is the one for taking calls. I would be surprised if they forced you to use both to make them work.
