A:AnswerHi, there.
We're sorry to hear this. The right earbud is required to use the SoundSport Free, as the right bud receives audio from your device and shares it to the left bud.
We'd ask that you please contact our support team to look into service options for your headphones. They are available at 1-800-367-4008, M-F 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern, and this team will be glad to help you further.. Thank you, and have a great day.

A:AnswerFor me fairly well. I may be the wrong person to ask because so far I have not moved around a lot. But I still feel they are snug and would be ok say when jogging.
A:AnswerHello, Freddy.
As some others have mentioned, the SoundSport Free wireless headphones are sweat-resistant, and they are perfect for working out or running in light rain. They are not engineered for swimming or being submerged in water. We hope this helps! Have a great day.

A:AnswerHi Tony,
Thank you for your purchase of the SoundSport Free wireless headphones! The earbuds will have about a 50-60% charge out of the box. We would recommend fully charging the earbuds before the first use for the best experience. We hope this helps! Have a great day.

A:AnswerHi Blueleader,
Thank you for the question. When you receive an incoming call, press the Multi-function(between the volume buttons) button once or use your phone to engage the call.
Hope that helps.
Thank you again,

A:AnswerHello, thank you for your question. The SoundSport Free wireless headphones do not have an ambient sound setting like the Live Listen feature from Apple. Have a great day! Best Regards, Greg - Bose Support

A:AnswerThere has been occasional drop out in the left ear, usually while crossing a city street when you turn your head quickly to check traffic. They very quickly sync back up and that issue has been negligible at worst.
I have experienced no charging issues whatsoever, but I've read those issues may exist. Again, has not happened so far with me after three months of steady use.
