A:AnswerThe right ear piece is the master control that connects to the phone, and then sends audio to the left ear piece. You do not need the left piece, but the right ear piece is required. No phone call audio will ever come out of the left ear piece either.

A:AnswerThey make 3.5mm to a bluetooth receiver. My advice would be to buy a top notch one so you dont get static. I bought a cheap one to use mine with a old laptop that didnt have bluetooth. It worked but the sound quality was hortible.
A:AnswerYes, the fix is to charge the case. :-)
You can do that with the cord that was provided in the original box. Although, you will need to provide your own adapter. Put both earbuds in the case and put it on charge.
A:AnswerHello RICKMORRISON, thank you for your question. The Acoustic Wave is not able to connect to your SoundSport Free headphones via Bluetooth without the use of a third party transmitter. Have a great day! Best Regards, Greg - Bose Support
A:AnswerJuneMai,
There is a WIN 10 compatibility problem with the Soundsport Free model, no issue with the regular Soundsport model. You will find lots of commentary at the Bose community blog regarding this issue. I contacted Bose and they confirmed the issue to me and just stated that they are working to address the issue. The problem is that it has been a known issue since the product hit the market. I had to return mine. I could not live with the Win 10 incompatibility. (I am assuming that your laptop is a Windows machine)
A:AnswerHello greg, thank you for your question. These are compatible with any Bluetooth capable device. Have a great day! Best Regards, Greg - Bose Support
A:AnswerHello Chadwick570, thank you for your question. The operating temperature is 5 °F to 122 °F (-15 °C to 50 °C) so these would not be appropriate for a sauna environment. The audio signal dropping out is likely caused by interference. We recommend keeping the source line of sight to the right earbud whenever possible. Have a great day! Best Regards, Greg - Bose Support
A:AnswerYes, that is correct. You should be able to get way more than 30 minutes of play time. When you charge them, put both earbuds inside of the case, then using the cable provided and your own adapter plug it into the wall. Do not remove the case from the charger until all 5 lights are illuminated. After that as long as you are replacing your earbuds in the case after each use you can go for days without needing to recharge them (of course that depends on your use).
A:AnswerI have an iPhone 8 Plus and an Apple Watch Series 3, once I connected my headphones to my phone, they automatically were available to choose from as a source from my watch. I'm not sure if this is helpful but it may be the same case with your Samsung Gear.
