“I have these headphones but not for very long. They use to show 5 lights on the charging case, now only 3 lights show up. Is anyone else having this issue and is there a fix for it?”

Yes, the fix is to charge the case. :-) You can do that with the cord that was provided in the original box. Although, you will need to provide your own adapter. Put both earbuds in the case and put it on charge.
