Hello Chadwick570, thank you for your question. The operating temperature is 5 °F to 122 °F (-15 °C to 50 °C) so these would not be appropriate for a sauna environment. The audio signal dropping out is likely caused by interference. We recommend keeping the source line of sight to the right earbud whenever possible. Have a great day!
